What a day it was capturing Craig and Cameron’s Same-Sex Wedding at Friern Manor Country Hotel. A cracking couple, twinned with this stunning Essex wedding, was all our ingredients for an epic day.

An Emotional Affair

I’ve shot many same-sex weddings as a photographer, but these were the first guys I’ve enjoyed shooting. To say it was an emotional day doesn’t quite do it justice.

From our first meeting, I knew it would be an extra special day. Craig and Cameron are both performers and met while working on cruise ships; this certainly wouldn’t be the laid-back wedding we are accustomed to.

We captured both the Friern Manor wedding photography and film on the day. Our style at Scott Miller Photography & Films is generally very laid back and reportage. But after hearing some of the ideas these two crazy guys had, we pulled it out of the bag to give them what they wanted and more.
